Stockpiled tires within the province are under the direct management and control of the MMSB and are stored in accordance with “Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, Office of the Fire Commissioner, Fire Protection Guidelines for Outdoor Tire Yards”
